The model provides an autonomy of about 200 km, above the daily average of 48 km for a European driver. The platform is a derivation of the Skyactiv Vehicle Architecture introduced with the Mazda 3 (hence the similarities to the CX-30), rather than being a platform designed for electric models. Inside, the MX-30 features a three-spoke steering wheel, a touchscreen infotainment system located at the top of the dashboard and a secondary touchscreen for operating air conditioning functions.
The Mazda MX-30 continues the minimalist "less is more" theme. The cockpit provides a sense of cohesion with a fluid line that starts from the top of the A-pillar and extends to the rear. The color of the roof as well as the freestyle doors give the Mazdei MX-30 a distinctive and elegant silhouette, while the passengers give them easier access to both the front and rear seats.
